Chepstow GP Support Race (for Club Riders)

The Chepstow GP support race is a British Cycling Regional A event and is open to senior and junior amateur male and female 2nd and 3rd category riders, with priority being given to the 2nd category riders.

The event will give the opportunity for the best of the local riders to taste the atmosphere of high profile criterium racing in front of an enthusiastic crowd and on a technically challenging circuit.

Chepstow Grand Prix

This year sees the return of Youth Racing to the support race timetable, with the exciting inclusion of a "come and try" primary schools race. Welsh Cycling are working with local schools and any budding cyclists, who've never tried racing before, are welcome to come and sample the atmosphere of a town centre criterium. In addition there will be a support event for local amatuer riders, won last year by Steven Roach who went on to join Team Raleigh and will be racing in the Professional event later in the evening.
